Meet Scott Heinz
Scott has been inspecting single-family, multi-family, and commercial buildings for over a decade. Scott started his inspection career working for a civil and geotechnical engineering firm providing Quality Control/ Quality Assurance inspections for commercial, single-family, and multi-family construction sites throughout the Denver metro area.
Scott specialized in performing soil stabilization testing, structural wood framing inspections, concrete testing, rebar inspections, and masonry inspections. Scott truly understands how buildings are designed and built, offering him a unique insight and ability when it comes to performing inspections.
For over the past 6 years, Scott has been working for a nationwide Due Diligence firm, performing inspections on a variety of structures ranging from single-family homes to apartment buildings, high-rise buildings, and even age-restricted Assisted Living Facilities. Through this work, Scott has inspected over 1,000 residential units and over 100 different buildings and structures.

Cameron Andersen has more than 15-years of experience in the building trades. Cameron graduated from SUNY Delhi with dual degrees in Carpentry and Masonry as well as Plumbing, Heating, and Electrical. Upon graduating, Cameron became a Certified HVAC Technician, eventually leading him to Colorado where he ran his own HVAC business for several years.
Cameron was revered among his clients for being a highly dedicated and experienced HVAC professional, known for his unwavering work ethic, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service.
Cameron moved on from the trades to begin work for a nationwide Due Diligence firm, where he connected with his business partner, Scott Heinz. In this role, Cameron was able to utilize his extensive experience and education to become an excellent building inspector.
His time at the firm allowed him to further his experience and skills in evaluating structural building components, identifying issues related to foundations and other masonry elements, and troubleshooting electrical and HVAC systems.
